Our carers come mainly from New Zealand, Australia and South Africa. They are all interviewed personally, assessed and references are taken in accordance with the Care Standards Act 2000. Introductions will only be arranged with a client when the Agency is fully satisfied with the carers suitability. |

We provide help and care for the elderly, frail and for those who are convalescing. Our carers will give companionship, support and be sympathetic to each client's specific needs.
Help will include housekeeping and light cleaning, laundry and ironing, shopping and cooking. Many of our carers can also drive and escort clients on outings. Carers are also able to assist with correspondence, take care of pets and do light gardening duties. |

Care will include help with getting up and going to bed, with washing and bathing as well as help at meal times.
Personal Home Care has a policy of staying in touch on a regular basis with clients. We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive relationship between carer, client and the Agency. |

Personal Home Care provides a true 24-hour service. After office hours one of the office staff are on call, meaning they have the office mobile telephone with them at all times. If you need assistance after office hours you will be able to talk to one of the experienced office staff who will know your situation, you will not go through to an answer machine or to someone on 'night call' who simply takes messages. We believe this is a true 24-hour service and gives you the comfort in knowing that you can always speak to someone from the office. | ||||||||
